Helps unemployed Atlantic Canadians start their businesses with financial support, advice, and guidance. Covers initial costs and provides resources for success.
Provides financial assistance (weekly allowance at a provincially established rate) and comprehensive coaching, counselling, and technical advice to support new entrepreneurs during the planning and start-up phases of their business.
