Co-investment of up to $1,000,000 for the development, testing, validation, and demonstration of connected and autonomous vehicle (C/AV) and smart mobility technologies. Projects require a minimum 2:1 matching contribution from applicants and/or private sector partners, allowing for a total project budget of up to $3,000,000.
