Other Criteria: Canadian bio-economy employer, providing digital internships with skills development training, mentoring and support, under 500 employees, Can be: Not-for-profit organizations, Municipal governments, Indigenous organizations, For-profit organizations, Public health and educational institutions, Provincial and territorial governments, institutions, agencies and Crown Corporations, Internship must be: full-time (at least 30 hours per week), minimum duration of 3 months, provide supervision and mentoring, safe work environment, offer salary above minimum wage, offer opportunities for advancement, Participants must be: between 15 and 30 years of age, post-secondary graduates (exempt for Yukon, NWT, Nunavut residents), legally entitled to work in Canada, Canadian citizen, permanent resident or person granted refugee status, able to self-identify as underemployed (employed below education level, unemployed, or part-time employed)
