Funding for work placement in manufacturing for B.C. youth
Financial subsidy of up to $3,500 per placement for manufacturing employers to offset onboarding, on-the-job training, and wage costs for youth participants. The program also provides skills training (online modules) for youth and mentorship training for existing staff.
