Helps small businesses and non-profits collaborate on technology projects in development. Covers up to $100,000 to support these efforts.
Funding (up to $100,000) to cover the costs of up to three contracted service providers for business and technology development activities such as new product research and development, leading-edge design, engineering and prototype development, advanced product testing and refinement, patent development, and advanced market assessments. Also provides expert advisory support from Technology Development Advisors.
