Protects Canadian producers against large declines in farming income by stabilizing incomes, addressing price volatility, and managing input costs. Provides financial assistance with compensation rates of 80% (2023 program year) and 90% (2025 program year) for eligible losses. Offers access to other credit options like the Advance Payments Program. The maximum potential benefit payment for 2025 is $6 million.
