• Projects must clearly explain links and partnerships within the community.
• Projects must address challenges and opportunities in your area.
• Projects must have the potential to lead to economic growth.
• Projects must be over and above your regular activities.
• Projects must have a clear end date.
• Applicants must demonstrate the skills and resources needed to manage related activities.
