Refund of gasoline tax for auxiliary equipment in Ontario
Refund of Ontario fuel or gasoline tax paid on clear fuel used to operate auxiliary power takeoff (PTO) equipment on licensed motor vehicles. The refund amount is calculated by applying a predetermined percentage allowance (ranging from 5% to 40%) against the total fuel disbursed, based on the specific activity type of the equipment.
